Exclusive Patented Synchronous Presser Foot: Utilizes a patented design mechanical synchronous presser foot.
Even Fabric Pressing System: The special design vertical up-and-down moving presser plate assures even pressure on the fabric , making it suitable for different kinds and thicknesses of fabric and greatly reducing the need for repeated adjustments.
Simultaneous Lockstitch and Bar-Tack Completion: Lockstitch and bar-tack are finished together in seconds, achieving super high speed.
Adjustable Suction Positioning System: Features an adjustable suction motor. The fabric is not required to be pre-shaped , making it suitable for both thin and thick materials.
Convenient Stuff Collector (Fabric Trough): The elevating collector (stuff collector) makes it convenient for the operator to place garments and sewing subsidiary material and allows bobbin thread change conveniently.
Intelligent Thread Breakage Detection and Alarm: Equipped with an intelligent thread breakage detecting and alarm system. Optional with bird’s nest prevention function.
