Hoshima Automatic Template Machine K8T Series – Teeth Belt guide module transmission mode
K8T Series is one of our most popular products in the market due to its scientific transmission structure design. By using teeth belt guide module transmission, K8 Series allows its operator to archive high-speed performance, high-quality output, and stability of the line. Originally the machine-designed X-axis use T-belt and Y-axis with a screw guide module transaction.
K8T Series itself is initially supported by a powerful CNC system that can understand and quickly adapt to any new sewing program and stitches. K8T Series also supports linking the machine with RFID system, once the operator input the template with RFID attached inside, K8T system will recognize the program and follow exactly the same as what has been programmed.
K8 series application can be various due to its flexibility, such as placket, collar, pocket, big sewing area or even more!
