Hoshima Automatic Template Machine – K15 Series – Needle Bar Rotation Series

Inspire by K10 structure and flexibly, we invent the K15 Series with the strengths of K10 but faster and more optimized. Besides adopting the strength of K10, K15 itself is equipped with a rotating needle bar which allows operators to archive more flexibility and very high standard stitches. The needle rotating bar support to rotate and follow the needle direction, especially when doing zig-zag sewing, curves, or multi-line stitches. In addition, another advantage of the K15 series is the noise was reduced rapidly and the machine body is adjusting to save more space.

K15 Series is using teeth belt guide module transmission which allows its operator to archive high-speed performance, high-quality output, and stability of the line. Depends on customer interest, we also support to change from Teeth Belt to Screw Guide module transmission.

K15 Series is equipped with a powerful CNC system that can understand and quickly adapt to any new sewing program and stitches. K15 Series also supports linking the machine with RFID system, once the operator input the template with RFID attached inside, K15 system will recognize the program and follow exactly the same as what has been programmed. The operating area supported is in the picture below.

All models in K15 series are installed with Touch Screen and USB. K15 system allows its users to have unlimited pattern storage, all you have to do is touch on the touchscreen and select the pattern that fits with your product.
